I suck at blogging

Every time I think I got a handle on this I do a complete 360 and forget lol. Most of you that follow me are on my friends list on Facebook or follow me on tumblr anyway. But like before I do want to blog more. So I'm going to start now.

A quick run through thats happened so far.

1.) started summer classes. They are going ok but financial aid is being a bitch like always.

2.) I went to Mayhem Festival for the first time. I saw a lot of cool bands such as Rob Zombie (he was fucking amazing), Born Of Osiris, Machine Head, Amon Amarth, Children of Bodom and Motionless In White. Once again though I missed Motionless In White's set but I got to see them at their signing and I got a poster with their signatures. One day I will see live!! T.T

3.) My bf invited me, Tomo, Tomo's bf Dril and Sam to spend the weekend at his moms second house in Michigan City. It's a beach house! We all had really good time getting drunk, getting in the hot tub and of course hanging out at the beach! I hope we all can do it again before they go back to school in the fall.

4.) Last but never least...MY BIRTHDAY!! It was August 9th and I am 23 years old now! Before I was dreading turning 23 but to be honest it doesn't bother me anymore. I bask in it lol
Basically what was my b-day landed on a Fiday but most of my friends had things already going on and I didn't really plan a party or anything. So I spent the whole day with my husbando. Whether I had a party or not I'm glad I got to spend all day with him. Love you Blake-ums! <3 hehe. But no party was had.....Saturday was when things got ratchet lol I went the Karaoke lounge and met with some friends and then walked around boys town. We were going to go to a club but it was more expensive than we thought so thats when just walked around and talked to random gay men and drag queens. I had a blast lol.

Makeup...yeah I want that lol

Recently I have been wanting a new over haul of make up...well for a while now I've wanted new stuff.

So I made myself a little 'make up to get list.'

But before I show you said list I will show the small haul I had gotten recently. I wouldn't even call it a "haul" b/c it's literally like only four things lol. Being broke has me buying things in small increments and every other month v.v

  I'm pretty sure it will take me most of this year and next to come anywhere close to having all of this. Not all of these things are on the cheap side v.v But I will one day have the make up collection of my dreams!! This list may wind up changing over time anyway.

Long time no see and new blog look!

Yeah it's been a while since I last posted. I have just been on facebook, tumblr, youtube and instagram a lot more. So I update those regularly. But I have decided to not be lazy anymore and actually continue posting on here. With that said I have also gave my blog a new look. The layout is the same b/c I really like it. But I have changed the background and the banner. I also added tabs for people to click.

 

I wish did a screen shot of how my blog looked before but alas I did not v.v 

This is also the first time I actually used my own pics in the banner. Usually I use a gal model.

I may wind up switching the pics out every now and then just to change it up.

 Welp tis all for now. I will be making a REAL blog post soon though.

Fashion taste. Gal and non gal (pic heavy)

So as time goes by people tend to change. For me style wise I have changed a bit...or a lot lol. In the past three years I have been totally engulfed in the onee gyaru look and I love watching it evolve every year. I am still in love with it. Although now I like the idea of tweeking onee a bit to where it fits my personality more.

I feel like there are different types of onee gyaru looks. You have the:
- "really put together, mature, I go to work and make money cuz I'm a bad bitch look,"
- the "mature but sweet and demure, i like and tea and cupcakes look,"
- the "mature with some edginess, I love rock n' roll look,"
- the "I only fuck wit brand names look"
- the "mature but some what experimental cuz I love all kinds of fashion look"
- the "yeah i'm mature but i'm sexy and like to have fun, YOLO til i'm 40 look"

Those are just to name a few. I gave them funny long names like that b/c thats how I view them in my mind lol.

When it comes to me and what I personally like out of oneegyaru is a mixture of all the "styles" I listed above lol. But also my taste in gal fashion or just fashion in general doesn't end at oneegyaru. I have been eyeing a lot of gothic, hime, agejo, hipster, street and Japanese street fashions as well. Whatever floats my motherfucking boat lol.
